Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return or exchange.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Please inspect your items promptly upon arrival.
Return requests submitted after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Authorization
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Returns must be pre-approved before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Returns must include the provided RMA number.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Items showing signs of installation, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.
Refunds & Fees
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
If the item is not defective, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Orders cancelled or refunded are subject to payment processor fees:
3% for credit card transactions
6% for Sezzle transactions
(These fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by the payment processor.)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Any product that has been installed or used
Custom or special-order items (barrel fluting, etc.)
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
